In every sense of the word, Tampines 1 (T1) is remarkable for the gluttons, the hedonists and the epicureans. The mall is rich with fabulous food that covered my entire day of feasting — appetisers, mains, light-bites, desserts and more. Head over to Pepper Lunch for your mains. The joy comes in making your own sizzle by stirring like a chef! Pepper Lunch is launching a new SG50 dish for a limited time— Seafood Pepper Rice with Chilli Crab Sauce (S$12.90 ). Add $3 for a drink and side!

I wish and pray that they would include this dish in their main menu FOREVER! The new dish has a balanced flavour profile of spicy, sweet and sour notes. Who can say no to those huge chunks of juicy, tender crab meat?!
