Supporting LOCAL talent: Lin Si Tong

Thanks to HaHa Entertainment, I had the opportunity to celebrate Lin Si Tong's birthday!

She is one of the new and budding local artistes and I really hope Singaporeans would increasingly support local talent. Most of Si Tong's songs are self-composed, a gift that not all singers have.

Her songs are upbeat and chirpy, which exactly describes her cheerful and bubbly character.

One of my favourites from her is titled 小小故事 [小小传奇 主题曲], the theme song of popular Channel 8's drama, "Gonna Make It".

Cai Wei Bin (Nico) 蔡伟彬 from 93.3FM was also there to emcee the celebration. She was really witty with her questions and comments. We also learned that Si Tong writes most of her songs in the toilet, hmm....

Bevlyn Khoo 意淋 was also there as a special guest. Once again, Happy Birthday Si Tong!

The event venue in Bugis+, Hood Bar & Cafe, also serves delicious food and supports local talent. It has a concert set-up daily and you can watch different bands around Singapore playing while you eat.

I shall end off with one of the more emotional songs that she has sung, titled "不配合".
