Ramen Champion at Clarke Quay Review

Ramen Champion has been in Singapore for the longest time. Ramen Champion Menu
We ordered the Sapporo Special Miso Ramen — S$15.80.
Ramen Egg - slightly overcooked

The noodles were springy and had great texture but we weren't sure if the soup broth had any MSG. We requested for less salty broth, and this somehow seemed like an unusual request because the mandarin-speaking staff somehow didn't understand what we were trying to say. The service staff also looked unhappy and bored, perhaps because we were one of the three customers in the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon. It was also hard to get their attention despite pressing the call button.
