[New Launch] The Quarters Grill review

Chef Deming has first made a name for himself with his "Duriancanboleh", a Durian Creme Brûlée that has won the hearts of President Tony Tan and PM Lee Hsien Loong previously. He was also recently featured on local TV programme, "On the Red Dot", with his innovative creation for the Buah Keluak ice-cream. In May this year, Chef Deming has recently launched The Quarters Experience, which consists of 6 dishes that are absolutely memorable. I love how Chef Deming sometimes surprise us with additional dishes as well. He served us with traditional Kueh Pie Tie while we were there.The Quarters Experience starts at $60++ per person.

Salted Egg Tebaski

We started the night with Chef Deming's signature salted egg aioli with chargrilled mid-wings. As the wings are skewered, you don't have to worry about getting your paws dirty. Simply pick up a skewer and sink your teeth into the smoky, sweet glazed poultry goodness. For those on a date, it definitely helps that the meat literally falls off the bone tender.

Chawanmushi

Chinchalok infused steamed egg with ikura
Yet another innovative dish of Chef Deming's! As the ingredients used may overpower one another, Chef Deming must strike a balance without compromising on the delicate taste. We felt that more chinchalok could be added.

Signature chilli crab sauce with venus clams and croutons.

Fwah! - S$18

Foie gras on kaya toast with scrambled egg. This should be an award-winning dish as Chef Deming's nailed the presentation, texture and flavours perfectly. I would absolutely love to eat this everyday!
