Tony Roma's Singapore Review - Ribs, Seafood & Steaks
The neon red sign is a trademark of Tony Roma's as it proudly declares their specialisation in choice meat selections — Ribs, Seafood and Steaks. Easily spotted on the 7th story of Orchard Central, the lofty ceiling and the round chandeliers finished in antique bronze spells the timelessness of Tony Roma's long history since 1972.

Tony Roma's is considered the pioneer of baby back ribs and is an international brand name all over the world. If you're looking to try the best of Tony Roma's, here are a few recommendations. All prices are subjected to a 10% service charge and prevailing GST.
No matter what you order, you will be given a complementary bread with garlic butter. This is a stark difference to the usual garlic bread that you eat, as the bread is slightly toasted and was very similar to the typical bread that Europeans eat.

ONION LOAF
Half loaf SGD9.90 | Full loaf SGD15.90
Towering over the table is the Onion Loaf— a favourite among fried-food lovers. Listed as Chef's Recommendation in the menu, the giant hand-cut onions are breaded, deep fried and served with Tony Roma's BBQ sauce. A half loaf can be shared between two people.
THE ORIGINAL BABY BACK RIBS
Half SGD24.90 | Regular SGD33.90 | Full SGD38.90
To determine the half-, regular- and full-size of the Original Baby Back Ribs, the number of ribs are counted. The dish featured here is the regular Original Baby Back Ribs, and there are a total number of nine ribs.
The tender, lean pork loin meat is basted with Tony Roma’s original BBQ sauce that makes you want to lick the bones clean. It is as close as the fresh ribs you get from Australia.
Accompanying the Original Baby Back Ribs would be a choice selection of two side dishes. I would highly recommend the Baked Potato (SGD4.90) and Cole slaw (SGD1.90). Side items can be bought at a la carte pricing as well. With bits of bacon, nacho cheese and spring onion stuffed in the jacket potato, this is the typical yet best edition of the originator in Stockholm.

Dressed with fine vinaigrette salad dressing, the cabbage was not finely-shredded but tasted more awesomely than other editions. It leaves a sweet after-taste in my mouth, and eating this intermittently between the Baked potato and the Original Baby Back Ribs granted a savoury, sweet and tangy taste.
