Best Ramen Restaurant (with free flow of eggs)
Where is the Best Ramen Restaurant in Singapore? If you have friends coming from overseas, let them give Ramen Keisuke, Tonkotsu King Restaurant a try. It is a small traditional Japanese store that has high turnover (you eat and you leave), because the queue to eat at this restaurant is really long. While queuing, you may get a glass of Japanese barley tea (free flow). I queued for about 50 minutes before getting in.
I chose the one with Nori (seaweed) and light soup base (S$14.50). The broth was perfect - not too salty and the ramen was springy to taste! The cheapest option you can get from the store is at only S$10.50, yet the quality is comparable to many other high-end Japanese restaurants here in Singapore.
You have to grind this by yourself. I don't really like mine too powdery as I love the burst of flavours when biting onto it.
I'd say that it's best you do not go with a large group of people as it might difficult to get seats. There is also an option to reserve seats!
